Our Experience

Our quality systems and staff training are shaped by extensive frontline experience supporting older adults, people with disabilities, and disadvantaged communities. We focus on practical, rural-ready transport solutions, including safe passenger transfers, securement of wheelchairs and mobility aids, accessible vehicle setup, journey planning, and respectful communication.

Our Story

Rides On Time was founded on both professional expertise and personal experience. As the parent of a son with autism and a close friend of someone who uses a wheelchair, we understand the everyday challenges that can make travelling difficult. Unreliable transportation, inaccessible venues, sensory overload, and poor communication can prevent people from fully participating in their communities. These experiences inspired us to create a service that puts people first.
